About Ravin AI: ● Ravin.ai’s mission is to bring trust and efficiency wherever vehicles operate or change hands, by using computer vision AI technology to make vehicle inspections faster and more reliable. ● Our technology allows vehicles to be scanned using smartphone or CCTV-style cameras and then automatically produces a vehicle condition report. ● We are a VC-backed Israeli tech startup with a globally distributed team of around 70 people, serving industry-leading players in the mobility space. ● We were featured in Time Magazine as one of the top 200 inventions of 2022. We’ve previously been featured in Forbes as one of the top machine-learning startups to watch. ● We offer flexible hybrid working and would expect you to be in our Haifa office at least 2 days per week. Main responsibilities: ● a Project Manager will play a major part in both pre-sale and post-sale processes. ● You will work closely with clients around the world to build strong relationships. ● Translate the business development team’s requirements into technical elements. ● Be part of the planning teams to ensure that all required Technical building blocks are taken into consideration. ● Work closely with the Development and QA teams, Infrastructure and Backend teams, to ensure that SOW is completely delivered within budget, timelines, and customer satisfaction. ● Hands-on involvement in ad hoc system integration. ● Manage all technical communication with clients until the project is handed over to operations and support teams. ● Be part of the technical customer success ● Leveraging successful implementations to upgrade and upsell. Requirements: ● 3-5 years of Software/Integration projects (Customer facing). ● Hands-on experience - Integration of frontend- Backend- infrastructure. ● System engineer- Advantage. ● Experience with project management tools. Personal qualities: ● Great interpersonal and communication skills. ● Problem solver and analytical skills ● Team player ● Well organised ● “Can do” approach ● English - native language level, experience in delivering projects internally ● Sales oriented
