Join one of Israel’s leading insurance companies as a PL/SQL Developer . Work on a core Oracle-based system, developing and maintaining complex PL/SQL processes. The role includes performance optimization, working with complex data models, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL components for a core Oracle-based system Implement business logic and data-driven processes Translate business and system requirements into technical solutions at the database level Write efficient and performance-oriented code Perform performance tuning and optimize database processes Work with complex data models and understand the system-wide impact of changes Collaborate with System Analysts and business stakeholders Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on PL/SQL development experience with strong PL/SQL proficiency - Must Hands-on experience working with Oracle Database - Must Experience with performance tuning and optimization - Must Strong understanding of data models and experience working with complex enterprise systems - Must Experience translating business requirements into technical data logic - Significant Advantage Experience working with insurance, financial, or CRM systems - Significant Advantage Experience developing with Oracle Forms - Significant Advantage Experience using AI tools as part of the development workflow - Significant Advantage
