Team Lead Of Development and Technology- Educational Research Services Unit, Department of Science Teaching
Your role will include: Manage and provide professional leadership to the development team, including developers, QA, and external vendors. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and upgrading of Moodle systems and supporting technological systems within the unit. Lead technology projects from the completion of the client needs-definition phase through to production deployment. Work collaboratively with unit teams, and with clients such as researchers, internal units, and organizational stakeholders. Responsible for development, testing, and production environments, and oversee deployment processes and production rollouts. Responsible for code quality, code reviews, and defining and implementing professional standards, including embedding workflows within the team. Implement and monitor information security mechanisms in code development processes and AWS cloud infrastructure. Provide hands-on, professional leadership in resolving complex issues, data interfaces, and integrations between systems.
