Join a leading and well established company in the automotive industry as part of a QA team responsible for testing complex enterprise systems. The role involves working with a central CRM platform, mobile applications, web systems, and external interfaces, while supporting development processes from the initial requirements and specification stages through delivery and production launch. What You’ll Do: Plan and execute manual software testing for the company’s enterprise CRM system. Test web systems, mobile applications, and external interfaces. Support development processes from the requirements and specification stages through delivery and production launch. Write, manage, and execute test cases based on functional requirements. Investigate defects and analyze complex system processes. Report, track, and manage defects using Monday.com. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in manual software testing within a client-server environment- Must Experience investigating defects and understanding complex processes and systems- Must Experience testing mobile applications and front-end interfaces- Must Experience testing enterprise CRM systems- Must Experience testing web and mobile systems- Advantage Familiarity with AS400 systems- Advantage Familiarity with Salesforce - Advantage Familiarity with automated software testing- Advantage
