System Analyst & Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central and influential role in shaping the digital products and processes that impact millions of users, while working with senior stakeholders across a dynamic, complex organization. What You'll Do: • Lead the formulation and optimization of business requirements across multiple digital initiatives • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and effectively manage relationships with internal clients • Manage cross-functional matrix teams and external interfaces to ensure project success • Collaborate closely with business units, development, QA, and UX teams throughout the product lifecycle—from planning to launch and ongoing iterations • Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and evolving business needs • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specification documents (user stories), including: process architecture, flow design, UI components, and system interfaces • Manage project timelines, milestones, and task execution • Prioritize and manage backlog items for development and QA (R&D) teams Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in systems analysis and project management in the Web domain Proven experience in writing technical specifications and working in an Agile environment Experience working with databases and system interfaces Hands-on experience managing end-to-end technology projects Familiarity and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Umbraco - Significant Advantage Background in software development and understanding of Web systems and architectures – Advantage Experience or background in the insurance or financial sectors – Advantage Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field To apply this position > select System Analyst & Project Manager
