We fuse cinematic storytelling with interactive, vertical-first technology, combining proven hit-production expertise with advanced streaming, monetization, and end-to-end platform innovation to create the next generation of mobile content experiences. Visuals are at the core of what we do. As we scale and introduce massive new features and platforms, we are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and hands-on UI/UX & Marketing Designer to become our first in-house design authority. In this role, you will take full ownership of our product's user experience and our marketing's visual identity. You will be the bridge between our brand, our product, and our users—ensuring that everything we release looks incredible and converts seamlessly. What you’ll do: Product UI/UX: Own all day-to-day UI/UX design for our mobile application, upcoming desktop web platform, and new growth features. Design System Owner: Work closely with our external branding partners to translate our new brand identity into a robust, scalable Design System from scratch. Marketing Design: Create high-performing, eye-catching visual assets across all marketing channels—including social media content, email campaigns, performance ads, landing pages, and App Store/Google Play store fronts. User Flows & Business Logic: Dive deep into our business goals to map out and design seamless, logical user flows that drive retention and monetization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the sole in-house design focal point, working closely with Product, R&D, and Marketing to ensure developers have pixel-perfect designs. What we’re looking for: Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio that showcases both mobile/web product design and marketing/campaign materials. System Builder: Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a Design System from the ground up. Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business needs, B2C product funnels, and the ability to independently construct smart user flows. Tool Mastery: High proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Startup DNA: An independent, "can-do" self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to take full ownership of the design function. Big Advantage: Experience in B2C mobile apps, entertainment, or gaming industries. Previous experience transitioning an outsourced design operation into a structured in-house department.
