QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer, you will ensure our product meets the highest standards of quality, reliability and performance. Responsibilities: Lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies for our complex software solutions. Design and establish daily quality control procedures and ensure consistent application across all stages of product development. You will do manual tests, and automation tests as well. Executing quality strategy, defining, and measuring metrics. Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Define quality metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve product excellence. About you : A people person, a team player, knows how to get things done. An insatiable curiosity that drives you to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in QA within a startup environment, demonstrating a proven track record of enhancing product quality. A fervent desire to impact and innovate in a startup atmosphere. Advantages: Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python. Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, GitHub, and Monday.com. A history of success in automated testing and the development of automation scripts. Proven experience conducting performance and load testing. Solid understanding of both relational and non-relational databases. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and management.
