The role combines hands-on development, technology exploration, and integration of open-source solutions in a fast-moving environment. Who we’re looking for: a strong engineer who enjoys learning new technologies, building real systems, and working in a dynamic environment with constantly evolving technologies. Candidates with personal projects, open-source contributions, or hands-on experimentation with AI technologies are highly valued. What You’ll Do Design and implement software components. Explore and integrate open-source technologies. Work with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, Agile). Quickly learn and adopt new technologies as part of evolving system architecture. Use AI tools and modern AI-driven workflows to improve development, research, debugging, and productivity. What You Need to be Successful 2+ years of software development experience. Strong programming skills in at least one modern language ( Rust experience is an advantage). Experience with Linux environments. Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices. Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn independently. Strong familiarity with modern AI-driven development workflows. Hands-on experience using LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted software development tools is a strong advantage.
