Both products are deeply interconnected, yet serve very different audiences - and your job will be to make them feel seamless.  What You’ll Do  As a Growth Specialist for the Thai Market, you will serve as the primary bridge between Neema and Thai customers and communities. Your role will focus on driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding Neema’s presence through on-ground engagement and community partnerships.   Core Responsibilities  Identify new customers, communities, and growth opportunities  Promote new products and services to existing customers  Lead onboarding and retention initiatives  Collaborate with Thai community leaders and key partners  Train customers on how to use Neema’s application and digital services  Conduct field activities across the country, including in-person customer support  Maintain flexibility to support clients arriving on late-night or early-morning flights, community events, and field operations  Create social media content, including Facebook posts, Telegram updates, and short instructional videos on app usage  What We’re Looking For  Required Qualifications  High proficiency in English and Thai (spoken and written) — mandatory .  Legally eligible to work in Israel  Strong sales skills with a customer-first mindset  A team player with a fast-learning attitude and ambition to grow  Good understanding of digital and technology-driven products  Excellent communication and storytelling skills  Commitment to long-term employment  High level of independence, responsibility, and adaptability  Hold a valid driver’s license Bonus Skills  Previous experience in fintech, community management, or field operations  Experience working with multicultural and migrant communities  Background in growth initiatives, partnerships, or market expansion
