Requirements NGSoft is looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Implementer to join our leading technology and digital team. If you have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce solutions, a broad technological perspective, analytical thinking, and a desire to take part in innovative projects -we’d love to meet you! Responsibilities: Analyze and define business and technical requirements and translate them into advanced Salesforce solutions. Implement and deploy Salesforce systems according to customer needs. Translate business processes into customized technological solutions using leading Salesforce modules. Manage and configure automation processes, workflows, and reports within the platform. Collaborate with development teams and project managers to create integrated solutions. Work closely with clients and stakeholders during the design and implementation phases. Provide end-user training and ensure optimal system adoption. Requirements At least 2 years of proven experience in Salesforce implementation and system analysis. Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Hands-on experience with declarative tools such as Flow and other advanced features. Experience working directly with clients, gathering business and technical requirements. Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field -strong advantage. Salesforce certification -advantage.
