Degel PS promotes a collaborative culture reflected in its motto: “Your Dream – Our Team – This is US.” Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in the Zvulun Regional Council. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical and professional positions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, drafting and posting job descriptions, and proactively searching for candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and referrals. The role involves assessing candidate fit, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also maintain accurate recruitment data, contribute to employer branding activities, and help improve recruitment processes and tools over time. Qualifications Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles (advantage in IT, engineering, or technical positions). Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner closely with hiring managers, understand job requirements, and provide clear, timely updates. Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS), online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) for candidate sourcing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and internal teams. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. Prior experience recruiting in Israel and familiarity with local labor market trends and employment practices is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
