CloudTech, part of the Yael Group, is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager for a full-time position in Jerusalem. Job Description Overall responsibility for achieving project objectives across professional, operational, financial, and budgetary aspects. Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and design through development, QA testing, implementation, and full production go-live. Prepare detailed work plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources for project execution. Manage large-scale projects or multiple projects simultaneously, including mentoring and supervising additional project managers. Work closely and directly with end users, customers, business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and external vendors. Hybrid work option available. Job Requirements Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science / Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management), or another Bachelor’s degree combined with at least 300 hours of Information Systems coursework, or a practical engineering diploma in Computer Science / Technology – mandatory. 4+ years of professional experience managing IT and technology projects – mandatory. Proven experience of at least 2 years managing CRM projects – mandatory. Proven experience of at least 2 years in project management and systems analysis on the Salesforce platform (including implementation, deployment, and configuration) – mandatory. Hands-on experience leading at least 3 significant Salesforce/CRM projects (development, implementation, or upgrade) – mandatory. Experience in systems analysis and defining business and technological requirements – mandatory. Experience and familiarity with the OutSystems platform – significant advantage. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies – advantage. Previous technological background as a developer – advantage.
