Candidates joining Newmark Natam will be part of a team that plays a significant role in shaping the Israeli commercial real estate market. Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in the North District of Israel. The Real Estate Consultant will advise owners, occupiers, and investors on commercial real estate opportunities, including office, industrial, retail, and land assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and sourcing properties, conducting market research, preparing analyses and presentations, and guiding clients through the full transaction cycle from initial contact to closing. The role involves managing property tours, coordinating due diligence, supporting lease or purchase negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams in brokerage, investment, research, and marketing. The consultant will also help maintain strong client relationships, support business development activities, and stay current with market trends and regulatory changes. Qualifications Strong foundation in Real Estate, preferably within commercial markets. Proven experience in Sales, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing transactions. Effective Negotiation skills with the ability to represent client interests and achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Comfort working on-site with clients and stakeholders, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Real Estate Broker License Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) - Advantage
