Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for candidates who have fast growth potential on a personal and professional scale along with our business. Key Responsibilities: Managing the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting online market research, customer surveying, competitive analysis, and website analytics. Developing and implementing a company-wide product roadmap; execution through company units – Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Success. Demonstrating strategic thinking, good planning skills, understanding of customers’ needs, analysis and decision-making abilities. Requirements: Previous Experience in online marketing – advantage. Familiarization with HR/Recruitment in the US/UK markets – a big advantage Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. Good multitasking skills. Ability to plan and follow schedules and execution plans Excellent interpersonal skills in communicating with all job levels – administrative staff, junior and senior management. Solid technical background. Excellent English skills - written and verbal communication – a must. BA/BSc degree – a must. Master’s degree – preferred.
