PSP / Marketplace Payments Co-Founder
JunoReel is looking for a Co-Founder with strong experience in PSPs, marketplace payments, and payment infrastructure. JunoReel is an online education marketplace that connects students with teachers, tutors, instructors, and educational creators. Creators will be able to offer paid private and group learning sessions through the platform. The role is focused on leading the payment and business infrastructure side of the company, including choosing the right PSP, designing the marketplace payment flow, and supporting the implementation process. Responsibilities: Evaluate PSP options such as PayPal, Stripe Connect, Adyen, Payoneer, Airwallex, and similar providers Choose the best payment architecture for an early-stage marketplace Define the payment flow between users, JunoReel, and creators Support creator/seller onboarding requirements Handle KYC / KYB requirements and PSP compliance processes Define platform commission, payout, refund, cancellation, dispute, and chargeback flows Help choose the right company registration country and business structure for PSP approval Work with PSP sales/compliance teams, lawyers, accountants, and developers Support or guide the technical implementation of PSP APIs Relevant experience: Marketplace / platform payments PSP onboarding and approval processes Creator, seller, or vendor payouts Cross-border payments and multi-currency payments Payment compliance, KYC/KYB, disputes, and chargebacks Experience with marketplaces, fintech, SaaS, creator platforms, tutoring platforms, or international payments This is an early-stage Co-Founder opportunity. There is no salary at this stage; the role is intended for someone who wants to join as a real partner and help build JunoReel from the foundation.
