תיאור המשרה We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Degel.PS! We specialize in engineering design and outsourcing services for the defense and high-tech industries. 📍 Kibbutz Yagur | On-site What you’ll do: Build and lead end-to-end technical recruitment processes. Screen CVs and conduct phone and in-person interviews. Work closely with hiring managers and support candidates through contract signing. Source candidates across platforms and our internal database. Grow our talent pool and develop new recruitment channels. דרישות התפקיד 1–2 years of technical recruitment experience at a recruitment agency or software services company. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or Psychology. Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn and social media.
