Sales and Contracts Manager
Based at our Haifa site, the Sales & Contracts Manager is responsible for managing the commercial, financial, and legal aspects of deals from the proposal stage through contract signing, as well as providing ongoing commercial support throughout program execution. The role includes coordinating responses to tenders, collecting costs and pricing proposals, preparing P&L analyses, reviewing and analyzing contractual terms, and leading commercial and contractual negotiations with customers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / Law Master’s degree – an advantage At least 3 years of experience in a similar role working with international customers Strong contractual understanding – ability to read, analyze, and modify commercial contracts Experience in project pricing Excellent command of Office applications, with emphasis on Excel and Word Familiarity with the defense industry – an advantage Very high level of English (spoken and written) Additional language – an advantage Willingness to travel abroad *Only suitable candidates will be contacted
