Build the backbone of a flagship digital-transformation program for a leading Israeli bank — full-stack, from architecture to code. About the Role M.AI, Moveo Group's AI division, delivers AI and software transformation services to leading enterprises in Israel. We're looking for a strong Senior Fullstack Developer to join a flagship digital-transformation program at a leading Israeli bank. In this role, you'll design, specify, and develop backend (.NET Core) and frontend (React) components of complex, distributed systems, working in an on-prem containerized environment and making smart use of AI tools throughout development. What You'll Do Design, specify, and develop backend (.NET Core) and frontend (React) components of complex, distributed systems. Help drive a software architecture that meets high standards of performance, scalability, and information security. Design and integrate internal and external REST APIs. Build event-driven architecture, including the system's messaging backbone. Work in an on-prem containerized environment, making smart use of AI tools — including Claude Code — as part of your daily development workflow. What You Bring Extensive hands-on software development experience Hands-on experience working with Claude Code (or a similar AI coding assistant) as part of your everyday development workflow. Deep backend development experience with .NET Core. Solid production experience building frontends in React. Proven experience building — and deeply understanding — microservices / distributed-systems architectures. Extensive experience designing and developing REST APIs. Strong process thinking: complex workflows, data processing, multi-threading. Hands-on experience with Kafka (event streaming / message broker) and Redis (caching / in-memory data store). Experience in OpenShift / Kubernetes environments. Personal skills: a broad system view with the ability to dive into details; high independence and end-to-end ownership; strong problem-solving in complex technologies and architectures.
