Marketing Data Analyst
🌊We’re hiring marketing analysts who are ready to make waves and impact through data, proactivity and curiosity 🌊 Persona.ly is a global company developing machine-learning models to predict user behavior in mobile apps. We work with some of the top apps in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals across different markets including Japan, China, Russia, the USA, and South Korea. We support their user acquisition and retargeting growth efforts, providing data-driven insights from our predictive models. These models process over 4 million transactions per second and utilize more than 70 data points. We are looking for marketing data analysts to join our analysis team at our HQ in the Science Park of Rehovot. You will have ownership of budget management while monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing mobile campaigns to achieve optimal performance and drive growth. You will work in a prediction mode- dealing with trials and errors without giving up on attaining KPIs, and communicate closely with the BD team, product team, and customers directly. Desired Qualifications: High sense of urgency, ownership, curiosity and proactivity! Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of statistics - must Proven experience in data analysis/ performance marketing/ user acquisition- must High proficiency in English for daily communication - must Mobile/ gaming experience - an advantage
