About the job The Role Location: Bnei Brak, Israel We are looking for a results-driven, hunter-mentality Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a growth-focused role: you will be measured on new business acquisition and account expansion, not just relationship maintenance. If you love the chase- opening doors, prospecting, and closing – this role is built for you. In this role, you will: Proactively hunt and acquire new customers from scratch – prospecting, outbound outreach, and pipeline generation Own the full cloud sales cycle end-to-end, from first contact to closing Build and maintain a strong, self-generated pipeline alongside marketing-sourced leads Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, VP IT) Develop and execute strategic account and territory growth plans Collaborate closely with presales, delivery, and technical teams Translate technical cloud solutions into clear business value Experience with Microsoft Azure is a strong advantage but not mandatory Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud sales, business development, or account management- with a proven hunting/new-business track record Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and new logo acquisition, not only account maintenance Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and growth targets Experience selling cloud solutions (Azure – advantage) Experience managing enterprise accounts and multi-stakeholder sales cycles Strong understanding of cloud transformation and migration strategies Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills Entrepreneurial, proactive, “go-getter” mindset – comfortable building pipeline independently Strong business acumen and customer-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field – advantage About Us Sela is a global cloud partner, dedicated to guiding our clients in their cloud journey.
