Key Responsibilities Provide On‑site and remote resolution of end‑user incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs. Installation, configuration, and replacement of end‑user devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices). Ensure Accurate registration, update, and lifecycle tracking of IT hardware assets (laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices) in 'Service-Now' asset management system. Support for hardware refresh and disposal activities, ensuring secure data wipe and environmentally compliant disposal processes. Ensure end‑user devices remain compliant with SCI and ISMS controls through correct deployment, support, and lifecycle management of endpoints. Collaborate effectively with service desk, platform, security, and vendor teams to resolve issues and escalate when required. Manage, coordinate and collaborate with the client teams to get incidents, changes, requests executed in a timely and satisfying manner. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 18 months of hands-on IT experience in a support or technical role. Certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or higher. Must be fluent in English. Must be native-level Hebrew (spoken and written). Must have access to a personal vehicle. Proficient In Windows 7–10 operating systems Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) Microsoft Office 365 PC hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repair Enterprise antivirus solutions Helpdesk ticketing systems Experience With Mobile device management (iOS and Android) Enterprise encryption solutions Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a problem-solving mindset.
