We’re looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! About the Role Compie is seeking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role includes intake sessions with hiring managers, targeted sourcing, in-depth phone interviews, and candidate onboarding, with full training into the tech recruitment domain provided. Requirements ~1 year of experience in high-volume recruitment, sales, or phone customer service - Mandatory Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Marketing, etc.) - Mandatory Tech orientation, passion for recruitment, and strong learning agility - Mandatory Ability to work under pressure, manage multi-tasking, and think creatively High-level English proficiency - Significant Advantage
