HAAT runs a multi-sided marketplace. Consumers order, couriers deliver, merchants fulfill, and an operations team keeps the whole thing moving. Every side of that generates data, and the decisions that matter most sit at the intersection. We are hiring a Lead Product Analyst to lead product analytics across the company. You will be the architect of our measurement strategy. As we scale, you will evolve our core metrics, formalize our data definitions, and own the foundational framework that guides our decision-making The job has two halves. You find the problems and opportunities nobody thought to ask about, and you build the team, tools, and reports that answer the questions people do ask. We make decisions on evidence and we validate fast. You are central to how that works. This is a player-coach role. You will lead, coach, hire, and develop analysts across our product domains while staying hands-on in the data yourself. If you want to stop querying, this is the wrong role. Responsibilities: Find what nobody asked for: Go into the data without a ticket, surface the opportunity, and bring it sized. This is the part we care about most. Run experimentation: Baseline, sizing, primary metric fixed before launch, and result called quickly. Inconclusive is a valid answer. Go deep across all domains: Turn ambiguous business questions into defined ones, and answer them in language a non-analyst can act on for consumer, courier, merchant, and operations streams. Requirements: 5+ years in product analytics: Expert in SQL and translating ambiguous business questions into actionable insights. Mobile analytics expertise: Hands-on experience with mobile instrumentation, cohorting, and troubleshooting common SDK data challenges. Event tracking ownership: End-to-end management of event taxonomies (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) from schema design to governance. Experimentation: Proven track record of designing, sizing, and interpreting A/B tests,including handling inconclusive results. Team leadership: Experienced in hiring, managing, and coaching analysts to improve performance and career growth. Al fluency: Practical experience integrating LLMs and automation into your workflow tostreamline analysis and improve efficiency.
