We’re looking for a skilled Principal Software Engineer to join our team! About the Role A leading tech company in the Center region is seeking a Senior Tech Lead / Architect to define engineering standards, design complex end-to-end Backend, Frontend, and Cloud architectures, and drive the integration of advanced AI technologies and Agents across the organization. Requirements 8+ years of experience in designing complex, large-scale system architectures - Mandatory Hands-on experience developing and deploying enterprise AI Agents / Coding Agents - Mandatory Strong Backend development background (e.g., Java / Spring Boot or equivalent) and holistic Frontend knowledge - Mandatory Practical experience with Cloud environments, Kubernetes, and Cloud-Native architecture Proven ability to lead tech initiatives, establish Best Practices, and mentor engineering teams
