Title-IT Infrastructure Engineer Location - Tel Aviv, Israel , & other location - Ra'anana, Israel We are seeking an IT Engineer responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports IT facilities across global offices and labs. The role focuses on two primary areas: Partnering with facilities teams, internal IT stakeholders such as Network, Audiovisual, and End User Support, and third party vendors on the IT aspects of construction and expansion projects. Maintaining a reliable and resilient infrastructure with minimal downtime, while supporting daily requests and troubleshooting for internal users. What you will be doing Low voltage deployment for office and lab builds Partner with facilities teams and internal stakeholders to understand project design and technical requirements. Oversee low voltage contractors to ensure deployments align with approved designs. Contribute to rough order of magnitude and bill of materials planning and procure materials for new builds. Conduct regular site walks during construction and provide detailed site reports with technical feedback. Record close out documentation at project completion and support handover to end users. Regional point of contact for network room engineering Oversee day to day operations within offices, network equipment rooms, and labs, ensuring all hardware and systems are functioning correctly. Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for hardware and network related issues. Track capacity for available ports, fibre plant, and power distribution unit outlets within network rooms. Assist with racking and cabling equipment. Configure and connect intelligent power distribution units and uninterruptible power supplies, and monitor power usage at rack and building level. Document network rooms and components within the asset management database using spreadsheet based bulk imports or the user interface. Audit IT environments to assess power shutdown impact and asset accuracy. Coordinate regional power shutdown events with infrastructure teams and internal users. What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent education or experience. Seven or more years of experience in related fields such as telecommunications consulting, construction project management, or low voltage cabling installation. Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including networking, compute, and storage. Ability to work onsite several days per week, including physically installing cables and inspecting components in network rooms. Ability to work independently with minimal direction and take initiative. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to lead through complex and challenging situations. Availability to work across multiple time zones to support global regions. Ways to stand out Ten or more years of experience in related areas. Registered Communications Distribution Designer certification. Experience with SQL, Python, data visualisation tools, and data centre infrastructure or configuration management databases.
