What we're looking for? Pynt is seeking a Senior FullStack Engineer to join our founding engineering team of big thinkers, doers, and movers. This opportunity perfectly combines startup culture, technological challenges, and impact on the company's product and future.The Role Take a lead role in shaping the user interface and user experience of our applications Develop and decide of our practices, and technology stack Work closely with the product, UX and decision-makers to define the company roadmap and execute the development plans Drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile, production critical environment ‍ Requirements At least 4 years of experience with React At least 4 years of experience with a backend language Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and/or other database technologies Experience operating within a cloud-native environment, along with familiarity with software architectures and methodologies Good skills of seeing a big picture and system architecture planning Team player, egoless, strong communication skills, and empathy Preferred Qualifications At least 3 years of experience with Go or Python Experience with AWS ‍
