Electronics Engineer
Your role will include: Provide professional technical support to the department's research laboratories, including assistance to students, postdoctoral researchers, and faculty members in the areas of electronics, electrical engineering, and scientific instrumentation. Advise researchers on technical solutions, troubleshoot problems, maintain laboratory equipment, support procurement processes, and assist with experimental research projects. Design and develop advanced electronic circuits and laboratory instrumentation, including: Real-time control and automation systems Voltage, current, and frequency sources Measurement and data acquisition systems Computer interfacing and integration Maintain and service scientific equipment, including troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair. Oversee repairs and manage service contracts with external vendors and suppliers. Advise researchers and students on the selection of electronic equipment and scientific instrumentation, define technical specifications, support procurement processes, and liaise with suppliers.
