We are seeking a talented System Engineer to lead projects in the field of IR (infrared) systems You’ll be part of a dynamic System Engineering team, responsible for driving development processes from concept to delivery Key responsibilities include: Designing system architecture, structure, and simulations Defining technical requirements and coordinating cross‑disciplinary teams (hardware, firmware, software, and testing) Performing system‑level testing to ensure compliance with customer specifications Managing collaboration with local subcontractors Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering – preference for Electrical / Electronics Master’s degree – an advantage Experience in IR systems, hardware development, or signal processing – strong advantage Willingness to travel abroad (approximately 4–5 trips per year) Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Strong technical writing ability High‑level English proficiency *Only suitable applications will be answered
