3173 Cyber Application Security Architecture Team Lead Who We Are The Cyber Security Architecture team, part of the Bank's Cyber Defense Division, is responsible for defining and leading the organization's security strategy, establishing architectural standards, supporting strategic initiatives, and embedding security principles across the Bank’s core systems, infrastructure, and digital channels. The team works closely with senior leadership, enterprise architecture, technology units, and corporate governance stakeholders to ensure security is integrated into all key business and technology decisions. The Role Lead and provide professional guidance to a team of Application Security Architects. Define and drive the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) strategy and framework. Review and approve architectures for systems and strategic projects. Lead Architecture Governance processes and establish enterprise-wide security standards. Support technology initiatives across application, cloud, and AI domains. Perform Threat Modeling activities and identify security risks during design and planning phases. Collaborate closely with Development Managers and technology teams to ensure secure-by-design solutions. What We're Looking For Proven experience of at least 5 years leading Information Security Architecture initiatives in enterprise environments. Demonstrated technical leadership of technology teams (formal people management is an advantage). Software development background (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Go, or equivalent programming languages) – a significant advantage. Strong experience implementing Secure SDLC practices and integrating automated security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, ASPM) into CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience in Application Security, including identifying and mitigating application vulnerabilities. Experience conducting Threat Modeling, architecture reviews, defining security requirements, and developing risk mitigation strategies. Experience with Cloud Security Architecture across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments. Deep understanding of Web, Mobile, API, Cloud, Microservices, and Container architectures. Strong familiarity with industry security frameworks and standards such as OWASP Top 10, OWASP API Security, SAMM, and BSIMM. Knowledge of AI/GenAI security risks and securing LLMs and AI Agents – an advantage. Excellent English communication skills, including writing technical documentation and leading professional discussions. Strong technical leadership capabilities with the ability to influence experts and drive cross-organizational initiatives.
