We are disrupting the legacy job board and ATS market by building a platform designed for everyone, across all industries. Our proprietary AI matching engine goes far beyond basic keywords—it evaluates a candidate's holistic profile based on three pillars: Professional Experience, Workplace Preferences, and Social Connections. No PDF resumes required. While our platform is built for global scale, we are currently executing a highly targeted "Early Adopter" launch phase in Florida (US) and Israel. The Role: We are looking for a highly technical, data-driven Growth Marketer to take the wheel of our acquisition engine. We have laid the initial groundwork (GTM, GA4, Meta CAPI, Airbyte, AWS Postgres, Looker Studio, Mautic), but it requires a builder to refine, fix, and scale it. Your job is to troubleshoot the pipeline, build out our targeting, run survey-driven campaigns, and optimize our User Acquisition flow while the CEO focuses on core product development. What You Will Do: Media Buying: Manage and scale our initial launch budgets across Google Search, YouTube Video Action Campaigns, and Meta Ads (US & IL markets). Note: Our current ad audiences need refinement and strategic rebuilding to perform correctly. Data Aggregation: Review, fix, and refine our Looker Studio & Airbyte data pipelines to ensure we have perfectly accurate, actionable visual dashboards. Marketing Automation: You won't just manage Mautic—you will finish building it. You will finalize the API connections to the app and deploy the email logic for job seekers and employers. Survey Campaigns: Design and run targeted survey campaigns to uncover the deep needs, pain points, and emotional drivers (behavioral tones) of recruiters and job seekers. You will analyze this data to directly improve our ad targeting and messaging. Funnel Optimization: Audit the entire user acquisition flow. You will recommend specific, data-backed updates across our Marketing App, Career App, and Business App to maximize conversions. AI-Driven Analysis: Heavily utilize AI models (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Data Analysis tools) to evaluate campaign performance and spot optimization opportunities. Requirements: Must-Have: Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, specifically building and fixing complex audiences and Ad Campaigns. Must-Have: High technical proficiency with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and configuring data visualization dashboards (Looker Studio). Must-Have: Experience running market research/survey campaigns to extract emotional and behavioral data for ad optimization. Must-Have: The ability to use AI tools for marketing data analysis and optimization. Nice-to-Have: Experience configuring open-source marketing tools like Mautic via API. Nice-to-Have: Experience working with ETL pipelines (Airbyte) and two-sided SaaS marketplaces (B2B & B2C).
