We’re looking for a strong Software Engineer with hands-on AI experience to join our growing team and take a key role in building the next generation of AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of Software Engineering, Agentic AI, and product strategy. You’ll work closely with key enterprise stakeholders and fast-scaling environments, translating complex business needs into robust, end-to-end AI applications. This is a unique opportunity for strong talent to take high technical ownership from day one architecting solutions, writing production code, deploying AI agents, and working alongside top-tier AI and software professionals with the full backing, mentorship, and technical ecosystem of M.ai. What You’ll Do: End-to-End Delivery: Own the technical lifecycle of AI products- from initial customer discovery and architectural design to full stack/backend implementation, production deployment, and continuous improvement. Build Production AI: Design and deploy production-grade AI applications, AI Agents, RAG pipelines, tool calling, and workflow automations using modern AI frameworks. Direct Customer Engagement: Collaborate directly with business and technical stakeholders to deeply understand domain-specific challenges and convert them into scalable technical solutions. Systems & Integrations: Develop robust REST APIs, microservices, and database models to integrate AI solutions into complex enterprise and cloud environments. Rapid Problem Solving: Debug, optimize, and iterate on live systems under real-world production conditions while maintaining high standards of software quality and reliability. Qualifications: Must meet at least one of the following: 3+ years of professional Software Engineering experience in production environments; OR a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics; OR relevant Backend/AI software development experience from an elite military technology Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or another major language with hands-on experience building REST APIs, DB modeling, and complex integrations- Must Hands-on experience developing LLM-powered features/applications, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures- Must Strong agency, high technical ownership, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication skills in customer-facing scenarios- Must Professional working proficiency in Hebrew and English- Must Advantages: Experience with Agentic workflows and frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, AutoGen, etc.)- Major Advantage ‍ Experience with AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments Experience with enterprise platforms (CRMs, core banking/insurance, telephony/voice stacks
