Description We're looking for a hardworking and smart Junior Web Developer to build responsive web assets and support the development of AI agents for our campaigns and internal tools. This entry-level role suits self-taught devs, bootcamp grads, students, or career switchers. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain responsive, high-converting web pages using HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, media queries), and JavaScript (ES6+ features). Convert design files into pixel-perfect, mobile-first landing pages and campaign micro sites. Develop interactive elements: forms, dynamic content, simple animations, modals for lead capture and engagement. Handle basic data integration (fetch and display from APIs for tracking and stats). Develop AI agents, automation scripts, lead routing systems, data fetching tools, and internal dashboards. Debug and optimize across browsers and devices, and improve basic performance. Write semantic, accessible HTML and apply simple accessibility practices. Use Git for version control (commits, branches, pull requests). Collaborate onsite with marketing, creative, and ops teams for rapid iterations. Qualifications No degree or work history needed — we hire based on your code and portfolio, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm. Your CV (short is fine).
