QA Manager Beit Shean/Caesarea, Israel Elspec Engineering Ltd. is a leading company in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of advanced systems for monitoring and improving power quality for industrial and international markets. The company operates two sites: Beit She’an and Caesarea . We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead the quality assurance domain and implement advanced standards throughout the product lifecycle, with an emphasis on electronics manufacturing processes. Job description Lead all quality assurance activities across the company Manage the QA and oversee test planning, execution, and control Define and implement quality procedures, processes, and methodologies Establish and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) Supervise development, manufacturing, and testing processes Analyze quality reports, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement Manage CAPA processes (Corrective and Preventive Actions) Handle quality issues and customer complaints Conduct and lead internal and external audits Work with suppliers to improve material and product quality Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Operations teams Provide regular reports to senior management and the CEO Reporting line: CEO Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Industrial Engineering or a related field – Must At least 5 years of experience in QA, including managerial experience Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment Proven experience leading quality processes and implementing QA methodologies Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO) Experience conducting quality audits Background with experience working on electronic boards and components – a significant advantage. Experience in the field of electricity / electronics / energy systems- Advantage Experience working with international suppliers- Advantage High level of English (spoken, written, and reading) Willing to travel to Beit Sean and Caesarea sites.
