LiveOps Builder
The company Highlight is an AI-first mobile gaming studio, building the next generation of mobile games. Games that couldn't be built before AI, where creation is the gameplay itself. We're looking for a LiveOps Builder to own the live side of our game end to end: the event calendar, the players, the collections (our in-game clothing), player rewards, the economy, and more. What we're really looking for is a builder . Someone who can style an event, read the numbers behind it, and then build the tool that makes the next one take half the time. This is a junior role, but it's a real seat on a small team: you'll have direct ownership over a core part of the product from day one. The role As LiveOps Builder you'll decide what happens in our game, and then go build it. The events, the drops, the collections and wardrobes, the rewards, and the economy behind them, from the first idea to the moment a player sees it on her screen. The job is three things at once: operational , creative , and technological . You need the eye to know which event will land with a Gen Z fashion audience, the rigor to run a live game where the numbers have to add up, and the instinct of a builder: when something is slow, broken, or done by hand, you don't open a ticket and wait. You build the thing that fixes it, and you use AI to get there fast. Responsibilities Own the live game end to end: event calendar, player segments, collections, rewards, economy, and more. Ideate, prioritize, and decide which live events and drops are right for our players. Build events and looks end-to-end in our internal creative tools. Part styling, part technical execution. Set up and configure every event in our admin system, and own it from first draft to live. Track live events in our data tools, dig into what's working and what isn't, and use it to call the next move. Own the quality of what ships: check every event in our dev environment so players see exactly what you designed. Spot the repetitive, manual parts of your job and build them away with Claude Code: your own tools, your own workflows. Be the day-to-day contact for the fashion influencers and creators we collaborate with in-app. Shape their events and support them throughout. Manage and stay active in our player communities, talking directly with our users. Ideal profile A builder. You've made things that didn't exist before: a tool, a script, a side project, a small business. Something. Genuinely into fashion and style. You notice trends before they're trends. Technological, not just tech-comfortable. Your instinct when you hit a problem is to go build the thing that solves it. You've built something with Claude Code, or a similar AI coding tool. You don't need to be a developer, but you should have made something real with it. Analytical and precise. At ease with data, and you spot the thing that's off before anyone else does. Curious, driven, and hard to satisfy. You ask why, you dig until you understand, and you hold a high bar for your own work. Ex-8200 or a similar technical background strongly preferred. Fluent, confident spoken English, so you're at ease on calls with creators abroad. Nice to have Native or near-native English. Hands-on experience with AI image generation (Midjourney, Nano Banana, ComfyUI, or similar). Any experience with SQL, scripting, or automation, at any level. One more thing This is a junior role, built for a first real job: whether you've just finished a degree, you're in the middle of one, or you're straight out of the army. What matters is that you want that first job to actually count: full ownership over a core part of the product, and a real seat on a small team. If you're the kind of person who builds things instead of waiting for someone to build them for you, this is your seat.
