About the Role We're looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer to join our core engineering team. You'll build and ship end-to-end features across our AI-powered conversation intelligence platform — from real-time data pipelines and LLM integrations to the dashboards and interfaces our customers use every day. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the product, the architecture, and the developer experience. What You'll Do Design, build, and ship full-stack features across our Next.js frontend and Python/Node.js backend services Integrate and orchestrate LLMs (GPTs, Claude, open-source models) for conversation analysis, summarization, and structured extraction Build and optimize real-time data pipelines that process millions of customer interactions Develop AI agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI Design and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs powering our analytics dashboards Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for context-aware AI features Collaborate closely with product, data science, and customer success teams to ship features that solve real problems Contribute to infrastructure decisions — CI/CD, observability, scaling, and deployment strategies What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js) Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into production systems Solid understanding of databases (MongoDB, Redis, vector databases) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Comfortable working across the stack — from UI components to API design to data modeling Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Nice to Have Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) and embedding models Experience with real-time streaming (Kafka, Redis Streams, WebSockets) Background in NLP, speech-to-text, or conversation analytics Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects Tech Stack Next.js 15+ React 19 TypeScript Python Tailwind CSS MongoDB Redis LangChain OpenAI API Anthropic API GCP Docker Vercel Apply Now Send your CV to hi@hear.ai
