Profimex's Legal and Compliance Department is expanding, and we are looking for an excellent attorney at the beginning of their professional career to join us in a diverse and challenging role offering broad exposure to the worlds of investments, commercial law, and international regulation. This is an opportunity to join a professional and highly regarded in-house team, take part in significant transactions and processes, work with parties in Israel and abroad, and develop expertise in sought-after fields such as commercial law, capital markets, regulation, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Provide ongoing legal support for the company's activities in Israel and abroad. Work on commercial agreements, transactions, and a variety of projects. Participate in capital-raising processes and investment fund activities. Manage Compliance and Onboarding processes, including KYC and AML. Work with advisors, service providers, business partners, and regulatory authorities. Collaborate with a range of business and financial stakeholders across the organization. Job Requirements: Licensed attorney with 1-4 years of post-internship experience. Excellent English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking. Professional curiosity, strong learning capabilities, and a desire to develop. High level of personal responsibility and the ability to manage tasks independently. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
