Field & Community Marketing Coordinator (Tagalog/ Thai/ Hindi speaking)

About the Role We're looking for an energetic, people-first Field & Community Coordinator to be Neema's face on the ground - at branches, deposit points, the airport, and community events. You'll build real relationships with our communities, create authentic content, and make sure Neema shows up strong wherever our customers are. This role is roughly 3 days in the field, 2 days in the office - with weekend availability needed from time to time (no fixed commitment, but flexibility is a must). What You'll Do Own Neema's presence at community events and field activities -from setup to breakdown. Create and support social media content that captures real, on-the-ground moments. Build and grow relationships with community members and influencers - through mingling, collaborations, and genuine connection. Maintain brand visibility at branches, deposit points, and other physical touchpoints. Manage merchandise/gift inventory and distribution with care and accuracy. Run structured monthly partnerships with clear objectives and summaries. Handle physical, hands-on work (setup/breakdown, transporting materials) alongside regular office tasks Keep everything organized and on track via task management tools, and hit deadlines. What We're Looking For legally eligible work in Israel Genuine passion for marketing, field work, events, and social media. A sociable, charismatic, "people person" who builds trust. Comfortable and confident in front of a camera - filming, presenting, interviewing Strong technical understanding. Excellent organizational skills, ownership, and an unshakeable sense of responsibility for deadlines Fluency in Tagalog, Hindi, or Thai (in addition to Hebrew/English) Willingness to work some weekends and be highly present in the field
