Director of Global Compliance, Quality & Engineering
About the Role Radware is seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to drive global compliance, quality and engineering process governance. You will lead certification, supplier quality, sustainability, ESG and business continuity programs, and will lead the related processes and drive the engagement and accountability of other company departments in these activities, ensuring our products, processes and management systems meet regulatory requirements, international standards and customer expectations. Working across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Security and Legal, you will combine strategic leadership with practical execution to support innovation, operational excellence and customer trust. Key Responsibilities · Own and improve the global Quality Management System, including ISO 9001, internal audits, management reviews, quality KPIs, root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions. · Lead supplier quality and manufacturing governance across ODM/OEM partners, including qualification, audits, performance reviews, escalations and production readiness. · Manage product and environmental compliance programs, including RoHS, REACH, WEEE and Conflict Minerals reporting; coordinate export-control support and monitor emerging requirements. · Lead external certifications and assurance programs across quality, environmental, business continuity, safety, supply chain, information security, privacy and AI management frameworks, including relevant ISO standards and international cloud services certifications and attestations (e.g., SOC 2, C5 and IRAP); define the supporting processes and drive the ownership, readiness and ongoing compliance of the relevant internal departments. · Drive sustainability and ESG activities, including ESG strategy and data governance, EcoVadis assessments, CDP reporting, SBTi target governance, environmental compliance and sustainability and ESG KPIs. · Own business continuity governance, including business impact analyses, recovery planning, exercises and crisis-readiness reviews. · Respond to customer audits, compliance questionnaires and assurance requests, partnering with internal teams to support strategic customer and sales requirements. · Support engineering lifecycle governance, NPI quality readiness, design reviews, PLM/ERP processes and documentation controls; lead multidisciplinary teams and external partners, and own executive reporting. Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Quality Management, Operations or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred. · 12+ years of relevant experience in quality, compliance, engineering operations or supplier governance, including 5+ years in management roles. · Proven experience leading international audits and certification programs within global technology organizations and working with ODM/OEM supply chains. · Strong knowledge of ISO management systems, security and privacy assurance frameworks, product and environmental regulations, sustainability and ESG programs and business continuity. · Practical expertise in CAPA, root-cause analysis, risk management, supplier quality and PLM/ERP systems. · Excellent executive communication, analytical and project management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable plans. · Strategic mindset, a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on approach. A background in cybersecurity, networking, telecom or hardware is preferred. · Excellent written and spoken English.
