Design end-to-end UX/UI for web and mobile platforms with gamification, interactive learning modules, and AI-driven user journeys. High Figma proficiency required. We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with strong product thinking to work on a Web and Mobile platform, alongside designing interactive content, gamified experiences, and AI-driven user journeys. This combines end-to-end UX/UI, platform-level thinking, and hands-on design of complex, engaging user experiences. Responsibilities End-to-end UX design for Web and Mobile platforms. User flows, user journeys, and information architecture. UI design for Web & Mobile including quizzes, assessments, simulations, and interactive content. Build and maintain a scalable Design System. Using AI tools as part of the design workflow (ideation, UX writing, flow exploration). Requirements 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer on digital products. Proven experience designing Web and Mobile platforms. High proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout). Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and complex UX flows. What you bring Experience with design systems and gamification. Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers and Developers. Creativity and curiosity with high sense of ownership. Nice to have Background in Cybersecurity or EdTech / Learning platforms. SaaS / B2B product experience. Familiarity with accessibility principles.
