Since 2008 we have been delivering numerous high-standard and large-scale analytics projects for more than 200 customers, startups, and enterprises. ​ The quilliup team, a mini startup within vision.bi, is looking for a student for product QA & support. quilliup is a data quality product that enables organizations to produce automated data tests and ensure the integrity of the information in the organization. Responsibilities include: Working closely with the development team, assisting in expanding the customer basket. Customer’s support, customers success, troubleshooting, building product manuals and documentation. Understanding the customer’s needs, assistance in implementing the system. Performing QA and Tests before new version release. Managing customer support in the Zendesk system and quality assurance process in Jira system. Working with DBs and building SQL queries. Development and maintenance of automated testing processes. Understanding the fundamentals of company’s infrastructure and implementations. Qualifications: ​Third- or fourth-year student in Industrial Engineering and Management Technical oriented SQL knowledge 3.5-4 days a week -70%-80% (we have flexible working hours) Independent fast learning worker with high communication skills
