Why this role is for you As an AI Engineer at Yad2, you will help build real AI products used by millions of people. You will work with modern AI and LLM technologies, learn from experienced team members, and take part in projects from idea to production. What you will be doing Developing AI solutions, including LLM-based applications Building RAG solutions, prompts, and integrations with LLM APIs Writing clean, maintainable, and tested Python code Working closely with Product, Data and Engineering teams Running experiments and evaluating model performance Improving solutions based on results and user feedback Supporting AI models and applications in production Learning new AI tools, technologies, and development methods Your skills and experience 2-3 years of software development experience, including practical AI projects Good Python programming skills Building and improving AI solutions that can scale reliably to serve millions of users Experience working with at least one LLM API, such as OpenAI or Anthropic Basic understanding of machine learning, NLP, and deep-learning concepts Familiarity with Git and software development processes Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive and responsible approach Experience with RAG systems - Nice to Have Familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks - Nice to Have Experience with vector databases - Nice to Have Basic knowledge of cloud environments or CI/CD - Nice to Have Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow or Weights & Biases - Nice to Have We value practical ability and growth potential: experience from personal projects, academic projects, internships, or previous roles may all be relevant.
