We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Security Systems Engineer to lead and shape the information security domain across our product line This role involves comprehensive responsibility for defining, implementing, and monitoring security requirements throughout the full product lifecycle – from design and production to deployment and decommissioning Key Responsibilities Define and oversee security architecture, policies, and design principles across all product platforms Ensure end-to-end security coverage throughout all development stages – engineering, manufacturing, integration, operation, and disposal Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary development teams to embed robust cybersecurity practices into every layer of system design Maintain a holistic view of the product ecosystem, identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risks, and driving mitigations system-wide Work with external and internal stakeholders to align solutions with organizational and national security standards Lead initiatives to raise awareness, establish methodologies, and promote advanced security culture across the division Qualifications Proven experience in system-level security design and management for complex, multi-domain products Background in a military or intelligence cybersecurity environment (e.g., encryption or information security units) Deep understanding of cryptographic systems, secure communications, and hardware-software integration Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to guide cross-functional teams and drive processes System-wide perspective, strategic thinking, and hands-on technical capability This is a strategic position intended to elevate the security discipline across the entire division ensuring that our products meet the highest information-security standards throughout their lifecycle *Only relevant applications will be answered #Netanya
