The Role We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Senior System Architect / System Engineer to lead the architectural definition and system-level design of our next-generation secure products. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-disciplinary systems — from high-level concept and customer requirements through detailed specifications, integration, validation, and field deployment. This is a technical leadership role requiring deep system thinking, strong cross-disciplinary collaboration, and active hands-on involvement in integration, debugging, and architectural decision-making. The Role We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Senior System Architect / System Engineer to lead the architectural definition and system-level design of our next-generation secure products. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-disciplinary systems — from high-level concept and customer requirements through detailed specifications, integration, validation, and field deployment. This is a technical leadership role requiring deep system thinking, strong cross-disciplinary collaboration, and active hands-on involvement in integration, debugging, and architectural decision-making. Requirements Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in system architecture of complex, multi-disciplinary embedded systems. System Thinking: Strong ability to define high-level architecture and decompose it into structured technical specifications. Embedded Systems Background: Deep understanding of embedded systems, real-time constraints, hardware-software interfaces, and communication protocols. Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience in system integration, debugging, and cross-domain problem solving. Security Awareness: Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure system design. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to debug complex hardware-software integration issues. Soft Skills: A self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills and a “can-do” attitude. Key Responsibilities System Architecture Leadership – Define and own system-level architecture across hardware, embedded software, FPGA, networking, and cybersecurity domains. Requirements Engineering – Translate customer and product requirements into clear, structured system specifications and lower-level requirements for HW, SW, and FPGA teams. End-to-End Lifecycle Ownership – Lead engineering design processes from concept, feasibility and architecture definition through development, integration, validation, and production readiness. Security by Design – Define non-functional requirements including security, scalability, reliability, observability, and performance. Hands-On Integration – Actively participate in system integration, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization. Technical Authority – Serve as the senior technical focal point for complex internal and customer-facing projects. Future-Ready Architecture – Evaluate emerging technologies, drive innovation initiatives (including AI-driven capabilities where relevant), and shape scalable next-generation platforms. Advantages (Nice to Have) Experience in cybersecurity products or high-security / defense-grade environments. Knowledge of cryptographic systems, secure boot, trusted execution, or secure architectures. Familiarity with FIPS, NIAP, or similar security certification processes. Experience with video processing, KVM-over-IP, networking stacks, or secure connectivity solutions. Experience with CI/CD toolchains and Agile development methodologies.
