Join the IT Infrastructure team of a large nationwide organization in a hands-on technical role combining IT support, hardware, networking, and infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for an IT technician looking to gain experience in an enterprise environment, work with a variety of technologies, and grow professionally toward System and Infrastructure roles. What You'll Do Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and endpoint issues Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment Support Microsoft environments, Active Directory, and organizational systems Work with network equipment, switches, and communication infrastructure Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades, and technical projects Work alongside the System team and external vendors Provide remote and onsite technical support across company branches Requirements 1 -2 years of hands-on IT experience , including Tier 2 troubleshooting - Must Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and endpoint devices - Must Good networking knowledge , including familiarity with switches and VLANs - Must Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills , with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently - Must Valid driver's license - Must Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft environments - Advantage Experience with Citrix - Advantage ‍
