Development Team Leader
Weâre looking for a skilled Development Team Leader to join our team! About the Role End-to-end responsibility for the development of the project on the technical side, including planning, leading, supervising and meeting performance targets with the customer. Close work with the customer (Customer Facing). Leading a full development squad (Frontend, Backend, Mobile) in synchronization with other squads, including assigning tasks, managing schedules, opening technical bottlenecks, and providing Hands-On solutions. Getting to the heart of requirements and feasibility, including translating business needs into clear technical specifications, identifying risks, and removing barriers at an early stage. Full ownership of the quality of the products, from development to delivery to the customer, while maintaining high standards of code, scalability, security, and UX. Collaboration with many elements in the customer's organization, understanding changing business needs and adapting solutions accordingly. Full Agile management, including Backlog management, leading sprints, prioritizing, and ensuring development stability throughout the life cycle. Responsibility for quality, internal testing, and orderly transfer of products to testing and production environments Requirements Experience in a project company - required 3+ years of management experience Hands-On Development Teams / Development Leadership - Required Excellent communication skills with customers - Meeting management, presenting statuses, coordinating expectations, and influencing ability - Required Proactive thinking and full responsibility for the success of the project - Required High technical ability - Deep understanding of Web or Mobile development, including implementing architectures, integrations, and a systems perspective. Experience in development in a Java environment - Spring Boot, Mobile - A significant advantage
