Product Manager
About the Role We're hiring a Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for core TERP modules. You'll be responsible for understanding our healthcare customers deeply, defining what we build and why, and working with engineering and design to ship features that move the needle on customer outcomes. TERP is a multi-module platform — scheduling, billing, EHR, HR, support, patient management, and more. As PM, you'll own one or more of these domains, developing deep expertise in the workflows of therapy organizations and translating their needs into product strategy. You'll spend time with customers (primarily Hebrew-speaking therapists and clinic administrators), analyze usage data, define user stories and requirements, prioritize ruthlessly, and make trade-off decisions daily. You'll work in tight collaboration with a small engineering team where decisions are made quickly and shipped fast. This role requires someone who's comfortable with ambiguity, can context-switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution, and has genuine curiosity about how healthcare organizations operate. Startup experience is strongly preferred — we need a PM who builds, not one who manages. Requirements 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS Demonstrated ability to ship products that customers love — show us what you've built and its impact Strong analytical skills — you use data (usage analytics, funnels, cohort analysis) to inform decisions Excellent communication in both Hebrew and English Experience writing detailed requirements — user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and say no to good ideas in favor of great ones Technical literacy — you can discuss API design, database trade-offs, and UI architecture with engineers Nice to Have Experience in healthcare, therapy, education, or HR-tech verticals Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms with configurable workflows Background in design, engineering, or data analysis Experience with product-led growth strategies Startup experience — you've been PM #1 or part of a very small product team Benefits Competitive salary with meaningful equity participation Hybrid work model — Holon office + remote flexibility Flexible working hours Comprehensive health insurance Direct customer access — no layers between you and the people who use what you build Strategic influence in a fast-growing healthtech company
