Senior Product Manager and Builder
About Pic-Time: Pic-Time helps professional photographers deliver their work and turn their photos into the best experience for clients and business value for them. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager and builder to lead a significant product domain within our platform. You’ll own product direction and outcomes in your area, from identifying opportunities and setting priorities to launch and continuous improvement. You’ll work directly with AI tools to build solutions, partnering closely with Design, Engineering, CustomerSupports and Marketing to bring them to customers. What You will Do (Key responsibilities): Understand how photographers run their businesses and how they use our platform, using customer conversations, product data and market insight to identify valuable problems. Set product priorities and success measures, balancing customer value, business impact and delivery effort. Evaluate existing flows, explore alternatives and simplify the experience through thoughtful UX and clear copy. Use Claude and other AI tools to build product solutions, from early prototypes through implementation. Work hands-on alongside Design and Engineering to bring solutions into production, validate them and iterate. Own delivery through launch and adoption. Make decisions, manage dependencies, surface blockers early and verify the experience works as intended. Work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Support to launch effectively, measure results and improve the product. Communicate progress to internal stakeholders Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape What You will Bring (Qualifications) 5+ years of product management experience Proven experience owning B2C SaaS products from an ambiguous problem through launch and measurable results. Strong product judgment and customer understanding, with the ability to choose a focused problem and explain the trade-offs behind your solution. Strong UX instincts, attention to user understanding and an ability to write clear product copy. Extensive practical experience building with Claude or similar AI tools - giving clear direction, challenging the output, troubleshooting, and refining what you build. Technical fluency to discuss data, APIs, integrations, permissions and implementation constraints with engineers. Clear communication and methodological. Independent ownership with a sense of urgency and a strong get-things-done attitude. You drive everyone, set the destination and deadline, keep others aligned and focused start to finish.
