Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist | CSM
Job Description: Elysian Softech, a fast-growing technology startup specializing in AI systems for businesses, is looking for a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone sharp, fast-paced, service-oriented, and highly organized, who knows how to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks at once, and lead customers from the moment a deal is closed through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction. What will you do? Take ownership of new clients immediately after the deal is closed Lead the full onboarding process for new customers Conduct in-depth discovery and needs analysis to understand each client’s business requirements and workflows Write an initial prompt framework for each client based on their business needs Write, improve, and refine prompts throughout the onboarding and implementation process Work hands-on with AI tools, with a strong focus on Claude and ChatGPT Help define system behavior and outputs according to each client’s requirements Coordinate execution and implementation with the relevant internal teams Support clients throughout the implementation and go-live process Monitor customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis Track tasks, manage details, and ensure smooth follow-through across internal teams What are we looking for?
