Recruiter
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team at HAAT. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth hiring experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract the best talent. This position plays a key role in supporting the company's growth by identifying and hiring skilled professionals across various departments. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the company.* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.* Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.* Utilize multiple sourcing channels to find qualified candidates.* Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates for cultural and professional fit.* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.* Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.* Requirements: 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.* Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools.* Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Experience working with Monday.com – an advantage.*
