We build and test services and products using AI, working across data, models, platforms, devices, and infrastructure to ensure those systems perform as expected at scale We’re looking for a System QA Team Leader to lead a team of system testers in complex Military Communication Systems- a highly technical and impactful role combining team leadership, system integration, end-to-end testing, and cross-functional collaboration across software, hardware, and engineering teams. This is a full-time position in Natanya Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of system testers in the field of Military Communication Systems. Train, mentor, and support the professional growth of team members. Lead system-level and end-to-end testing activities, including integration, validation, acceptance, and regression testing across complex multidisciplinary systems Design, implement, and maintain testing processes across multiple systems throughout project lifecycles. Lead planning and execution of integration, functional, regression, performance, and other types of testing. Work closely with engineering, system, software, hardware, and project teams to identify, troubleshoot, and track issues and defects within integrated systems. Optimize testing for integration while maintaining quality and efficiency. Generate detailed reports on test results and integration outcomes, with suggestions for improvement. Participate in system field trials with a tight schedule in several locations all over the country, including overseas deployments when required. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in system integration testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience with integration of complex, multi-system environments. Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM). Knowledge and experience with Agile development methodologies. Strong technical understanding of software and system behavior Knowledge and experience working with hardware High level of written and verbal English Strong investigative and questioning skills Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and maintain high-quality standards. Ability to think outside the box Proficiency in modern development technologies and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) Experience working within a Linux environment and good system understanding Knowledge and experience in RF communication systems Knowledge and experience in network architecture and protocols Why should you join us?
